Purchasing Supervisor

Job Description ·      Coordinate with department heads to identify procurement needs and specifications.
·      Source suppliers, obtain price quotations, and evaluate vendor proposals.
·      Negotiate terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
·      Place purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
·      Monitor inventory levels and anticipate demand to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
·      Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
·      Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
. Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or spoilage.
Work Experience ·        A Bachelor degree
·        Previous experience in procurement hospitality industry.
·        Familiarity with hotel operations and supply chain processes.
