Public Relation Manager

From representing cool talents, HashEntertainment Group envisions to debut Music Video and shows.- **Job description**_- Plan a full year PR/ KOL strategy to help achieve overall company objectives.- Negotiate with KOLs and celebrities for contractual terms and scope of work which will be renewed on a yearly basis.- Create and maintain the company's branding and communication plan.- Develop and implement the company's community management and engagement plan.- Create content for press releases for locally driven campaigns and events (e.g., store openings).- Relationship management.- Be the face of the brand for on-going contact with Media partners and KOLs/celebrities to maintain strong relationships and thereby achieving brand love amongst partners.- Work with cross functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of local events.- Manage and recap monthly budget for public events.- Monthly PR reporting to supervisor on competitor's PR activities.- **Requirements**_- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.- Minimum 2+ years of working experience in PR/Communications.- Experienced in the following industry such as Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Fashion/FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is a plus.- Strong knowledge of PR is required and familiar on handling media inquiries.- Ability to understand key issues and provide solutions including best opportunities.- Ability to analyse media coverages and seek new opportunities.- Experienced and ability to develop creative storytelling including creative copywriting.- Committed to work fulltime (Monday to Friday, 10 to 6).- Willing to do WFO policy (Hash's office is located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta).Don't forget to check out our website!We wish you the best.
