Requirements Minimum Bachelor of Communication/ International Relations / relevant to Business Development & Environmental Engineering At least 2 year of working experience as Public Relation handling Grantee Maximum age 30 years old Must Have profesional English ability, both oral and written ( Active ) Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Have a good Analytical Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to do Business Trip anywhere Placement in Tangerang Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that strategies and financial plans are prepared in line with project/program strategies in the area of ??responsibility, including providing analysis regarding the receipt of funds from investor, project proposal budgets and the overall project budget for which they are responsible in a comprehensive manner. Ensure that investor terms and conditions are met for projects for which they are responsible. Provide analysis and ensure operations and administration comply with risk, regulatory and investor requirements. Provide solutions and recommendations if necessary Liaise with other stakeholders in the field to ensure the administration of Grants from investor, internal management and other stakeholders is managed according to their needs and ensure that the year-end Grant process is completed through reports.. Prepare and distribute both project reports and investor commitment reports to relevant stakeholders in accordance with Prevented Ocean Plastic Indonesia regulations, Investor compliance and other stakeholder regulations. Analyze, monitor, and recommend improvements for operational and/or organizational risks in each field discipline.
