What you will be responsible for?
•Drive DBU Go-to-market transformation aroundhybrid rep definition, planning, mobilization, execution and trackingto maximize impact and investment efficiencies
•Identify and implementfield force omnichannel call planning(OCCP) approach and guidance(F2F call, remote detailing,WeCom, Webinar,etc) based on brand strategy, customer segmentation and persona, campaign orchestration, field force excellence requirement, field realities, and Smart Engine enablement

Key accountabilities:
•Partner with Commercial Excellence – GtM team, tailormade company hybrid rep definition and planning into DBUbusiness operations,define staged mobilization plan towards different field force lines
•Partner with brand team, Field Force Excellence team and field force management team toformulate optimal and feasible omnichannel call planning (OCCP) approach and easy to implement guidanceto field team
•Mobilize and drive the field force team adoption and behavior/mindset changeof 'Hybrid Rep' and respective critical channels, with well-defined and easy to implement user scenarios, and rigorous tracking & competition schemes
•Contribute toDBU & brand omnichannel campaign planning and critical campaign implementationbased on the Hybrid rep design and actual field implementation
•Define field force implementation relevant system requirements and follow up implementationwith Commercial Excellence and Digital team, incl. Veeva,WeCom, Smart Engine,etc,ogetherwith DBU Digital Marketing team
•Watch outexternal field force empowermentand transformation trend and case, anddeploy the insights into DBU operations

Job Holder Entry Requirements:

Education:
•Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
•Medical or pharmacy education background preferred

Experience and Knowledge:
•Rich experience infield force execution and field force team managementin pharmaceutical industry
•Experience in field force mobilization and (digital) transformationprojects with MNC pharmaceutical company, anddemonstrated change management caseof field force
•Proven experience of contributing to marketing planning and campaign execution
•Demonstratewillingness, capability and project management skillsto cooperate with colleagues from Marketing, Commercial Excellence (incl. Field Force Excellence), Digital/ITS and other relevant departments
•Good command of written and verbal English
