Qspace, an interior design consultant is a leading company specialized in workplace design founded in 2006.Deep understanding of today's work attitude and clients needs.Qspace has left behind the traditional workplace attitude and strives to bring forward a wealthy and innovative design to resolves the workplace challenges in today's demanding business environment.Our design philosophy is to present an environment for the quality of human life.Our design teams has more than 20 years experience with a good team work to produce service excellence for client's beyond expectation.Key roles and responsibilitiesLiaise/Coordinate with project team members and outside parties in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master program, and financial budgetsResponsible for multiple project development progress, quality and cost controlCooperate with internal (senior management/designers/QS/etc) and external stakeholders (client, main contractor, etc) to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements.Monitor the design development and construction progress mitigating any project risksMonitor the execution of the works, ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved.Skills & Experience4+ years of experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Project ManagerSolid experience in large commercial/corporate office fit out projects preferred (new build and renovations would be advantageous) including a sound knowledge of MEP.Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectationsProven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budgetExcellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English and ChinesePreferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power PointWilling to work on siteAble to work under pressure as a team and individuallyGood communication in English, both oral and writtenGood attitude and communication skilAble to manage workload and meet deadlines
