PersyaratanBachelor's degree from any major, preferably from IT major.At least 3 years of working experience as Project Management function or Business Analyst in between experience or equivalent (from IT Solution company).Could operate Microsoft Office apps (Word, Excel, Power Point).Have experience in programming will be advantage (any programing language).Able to communicate actively in English both oral and written is a must, but able to use Japanese will be an advantage.Ability to understand customer business process and estimate development effort.Ability to put customer requirements on URS or Design Document.Ability to develop and monitor timeline, resources and budget.Excellent personality, positive attitude and open minded.Willing to work in Jakarta area.(Only CV in English will be processed) Tanggung JawabGathering, validating and documenting business requirements.Analyzing customer business process (AS-IS) and prepare solution idea (TO-BE) a proposal.Estimating implementation cost based on discussion with technical leader and superior.Prepare and monitor project timeline, prepare functional specification documents and prepare testing scenario.
