Planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery project to clientEnsure the project runs smoothly by employing proper plan, direct and controlManage project priorities, deadlines, deliverables, and push the team to ensure timelinessMaintaining project timeframes and status reportsCoordinating project team members and developing schedules, and individual responsibilitiesCollaborating closely with management and related divisions to develop marketing strategy aligned productsHost project meetings at least once a week with team and managersProvide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team membersAct as an internal quality control check for the projectProficient in English, both spoken and writtenStrong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skillStrong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead upSolid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in event organizer, design management or visual communication designSolid time management skills, especially familiarity with calendar management and goal settingFamiliar with project tracking and reporting tools (Trello, Asana, etc)
