Our respected client is seeking Project Manager (Toll-in) which to be placed in Cikarang, Indonesia.**Responsibilities**:- Plan, coordinate, and execute toll-in projects for medical device manufacturing, which involve collaborating with external manufacturing partners or toll manufacturers.- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure the successful execution of toll-in projects.- Communicate and negotiate with toll manufacturers to establish project deliverables, quality standards, and timelines.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, quality, supply chain, etc.) to align project objectives, resolve issues, and meet project milestones.- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing contingency plans as necessary to keep projects on track.- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and management.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and company policies during project execution.**Job Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Advanced degrees or certifications in Machine Engineering (Injection)- Proven experience in project management within the medical device industry, preferably involving toll-in projects.- In-depth knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes and toll-in procedures.- Familiarity with relevant regulations and quality standards, such as ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
