Project Manager

**Responsibilities**- Plan and implement projects- Help define project scope and goals- Define tasks and required resources- Allocate project resources- Support and direct team- Create a schedule and project timeline- Lead quality assurance on product installation- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs- Monitor and report on going project progress- Evaluate and assess the result of the project**Qualifications**- Bachelors degree from any related fields- Have min. 1 year previous experience as Project Manager or relevant experience- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage teamwork efficiently- Excellent communication skills- Highly assertive, decisive, and discipline- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, also have high initiative and willingness to learn- Problem-solving and leadership skills- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills- Conflict resolution experience
