Qualification: Min. bachelor degree in Information Technology or other related field Able to work independently or in a team Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) Time management and effective prioritization Willing to work under pressure or overtime Willing to travel as needed Roles and Responsibilities: Project management Arrange schedules, resources, equipment and information for each project handled Ensure that client needs are met while the project is running and maintenance and managed services projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Ensure resource availability and allocation Determine the schedule and timeline for project activities Develop a detailed project management plan to monitor and track progress Create and monitor Preventive Maintenance's schedule. Develop comprehensive project management plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (i.e. Microsoft project, S-Curve) if needed Maintain SLA through the projects Monitor project progress, handle any problems and conflicts which may arise Collaboration Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients, internal resources, third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply only, maintenance and managed services projects Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. Risk Management Perform risk management plan to minimize project risks Analyze risks and opportunities Report and documentation Regularly create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports Track, distribute and monitor project documents (Report, BAST, etc.) Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Self development Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
