**Key Responsibility**- Plan and control the flow of work for all construction projects to ensure that projects are being carried out according to the established plan.- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget, and to an excellent standard.- Developing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and setting up quality targets.- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to workers and other professionals- Working with key stakeholders to manage, develop and monitor; schedules, budgets, risk and KPI.- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations- Generate reports, conduct meetings and review/track the progress.- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers for materials and services.- Ensuring that project documentation and administration are up to date, accurate and maintained well.- Instruct and supervise construction personnel and activities onsite- Respond to work delays and other problems and emergencies**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering- Min 10 years of proven experience in Building projects, Project Management, especially in real estate business or resorts properties.- Mastering leadership, business management skills, and HSE implementation- Having the Ahli K3 Umum Certificate is a must.- Preferably having PMP Certificate is an advantage.- Proficient in using standard and specific engineering computer operating systems, such as: AutoCAD, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Project.- Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.- Be thorough and pay attention to detail.Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S2 (preferred)**Experience**:- Construction Project Manager: 10 years (required)**Language**:- High English Fluency (required)License/Certification:- Project Management Professional (PMP) (required)
