Project Manager**Tasks**:- Help eliminate distractions- Complete recurring tasks like bill pay, excel, etc.- Documenting SOPs- Needs someone to help research and develop new business processes, and strategies, and help implement them with his teams.- The client runs various companies and wants a VA who can be his "right-hand person" and help bounce ideas off each other on getting new ventures off the ground and implementing best practices.- Daily Zoom calls to shadow himQualifications:- 5+ years Experience in Operations/Project Management and/or executive assistance to C Level personnel.- Tech Savvy- Excellent Communication Skills- Great at documenting processesTools:- Excel- Google Suite- OutlookRate:- $8/hour**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per monthExpected hours: 20 - 40 per week**Experience**:- Managerial: 2 years (preferred)- Business Strategy Implementation: 2 years (preferred)- Project Management: 5 years (required)
