Project Manager

A team of total 93 colleagues is striving for excellence throughout the entire customer journey.We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join us.**Roles + Responsibilities**Project /Practice Management- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting Endress+Hauser standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines- Accurately documenting the project's acquisition and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justificationProject Accounting- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project- Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices- Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization- Business Development- Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project**Qualification + Profile**- Preferably has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or possess an experience in the Project Management Office (PMO) for min. 5 years- Proactive, communicative, and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders is something that make you passionate- Understands basic revenue models, P/L calculation, and cost-to-completion projections- Always keep updated with the awareness of new and emerging technologies**Benefits + Perks**- The security of working for an international family-owned company- People focused.
