We are currently seeking a dynamic Project Manager with a track record to help sustain the growth
of the Company, playing an active role in the development, construction, and execution of the
projects.
You will get the support of other members of LYS Energy to complete the deliverables and engage as
a team with the various stakeholders. You will be asked to focus your activities on Singapore and the
nearby countries.
Role & Responsibilities
Project Design/ Planning/ Management
• Form and manage core project team which consists of Site Manager, Safety, and Project
Admin.
• Prepare and validate technical drawing, project schedule, bill of material, budget and
cashflow projection, workload forecast and other necessary project requirements.
• Liaise and discuss with client, suppliers, subcontractors and any other stakeholder to ensure
smooth project execution. Manage all third parties and stakeholders involved in project.
• Manage budget and schedule of the project to ensure compliance with contract and scope of
work.
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure all equipment are delivered in a timely manner
and are in line with project specifications and budget.
• Ensure strict quality assurance and quality control throughout the construction phase.
• Propose and implement solutions for problems identified during project execution.

• Lead testing & commissioning activities.
• Compile and present final project report to both internal and external parties.
• Manage and monitor all projects implementation activities, including:
o Continual monitoring of installed systems for performance management and
optimization;
o Investigating and resolving field problems in coordination with customers,
o Supervision of Maintenance activities
• Provide feedback of products defects and non-quality issues for future corrections and
procurement.
• Maintain good working relationship with customers & partners' technical and operational
teams, to provide customer care and to ensure permanent customer satisfaction.
• Ensure reporting and coordination with the headquarters team in Singapore.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
• Higher professional degree in engineering field relevant for solar PV projects (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)
• Industry background and more than 3 years of work experience in power utilities,
engineering or EPC companies or power sector consulting companies.
• Proven track record in Project, Project Controls, Supply chain management, HSE.
• Experience in project management and wholistic execution function.
• Good technical understanding of solar PV technology.
• Travelling within the country will be required.
