Project Manager Gf Intern

Collaborate closely with the Lead Game Producer to ensure project objectives and team efforts are aligned. Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, including Designers, Programmers, Artists, and Quality Assurance personnel, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication. Help create, maintain, and update project schedules, milestones, and task assignments to keep the project on track. Aid in effective communication strategies among team members and stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent project updates and feedback loops. Support resource allocation efforts, including human resources, technical devices, and tools, ensuring optimal deployment based on project needs. Identify potential risks and collaborate with the Lead Producer and senior management to propose solutions to mitigate these risks. Address and help resolve conflicts and challenges within the team or between stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong organizational skills. Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Able to think strategically. Experience with project management tools and software is preferable. Able to work from the office or under a hybrid arrangement at Agate HQ. Three-month internship period, starting from May 2024.
