We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.**Responsibilities**:- Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish- Supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers- Forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue to project estimates- Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc to define project specifications- Coordinate efforts across projects between architects, designers, engineers and subcontractors- Understanding to determine and estimate the required resources from start to finish- Ability to plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports**Requirements**:- Minimum have 4 - 5 years of experience in Project Manager Construction role- Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management- Have experience working on retail projects, preferable in Aesthetic Clinic projects- Having knowledge of construction technology and details and extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings- Have good communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.- Have problem solving skills involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment, etc.We have a 'CREATE' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
