Application areas include rock drilling, rock cutting, crushing and screening, loading and hauling, tunneling, quarrying and breaking and demolition.
Job Summary Sandvik is seeking applications from motivated individuals for Project Engineer based in Batu Hijau (Contract Based) .
The role is Lead and ensure projects are achieved on a timely manner and secure required resources, budgets, risks and changes.
Key Responsibilities Plans, monitors and manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs from initiation through execution also communicating project plan and any modifications to it as the project advances to client.
Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management for projects including arranging for visas, accommodations, and transportation for anyone visiting the site from outside Indonesia.
Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Ensure efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources.
Coordinate with the Client on blasting and core drillers planning availability.
Coordinate in sending of core samples to lab for analysis.
Experience & Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 year's experience in related position
Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Solves problems in simple situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents.
Requires diverse knowledge and experience in own discipline and broadens capacity.
