Project Development Officer

1. Identify project opportunities through client/donor's needs mapping2. Pitching to clients/donor regarding Waste4Change project capacity and capability as well as providing solutions for the client's/donor's project needs3. Develop project proposals with defined objectives, outputs/deliverables, timelines and resources according to client/donor requirements4. Monitor and maintain project development dashboard5. Analyze and identify initiatives to improve project development pipeline performance6. Assist the Project Development Manager in increasing the department's performanceBachelor's Degree of Business Administration or Environmental EngineeringHave experience in the same field at least 1 yearFamiliar with operating Microsoft Office (if you familiar with Gsuite and Gantt Chart would be advantage)Have good communication skillsHave a keen eyes for detail
