**Key Responsibility**:1. Scheduling and managing tasks- outlining tasks, schedules, resources, and dependencies.- Task scheduling, creating and maintaining project schedules using project management tools.- Timekeeping and deadline management- Internal team coordination- Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.3. Quality assurance- Ensure project results meet quality standards and client expectations.- Conduct regular quality checks to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.- Implement quality improvement initiatives based on learning from previous projects.**Skills required**:1. Project supervisor: Develops a detailed project plan, including schedule, budget, and required resources. Develop strategies to overcome potential risks and problems that may arise during project implementation.2. Time management: Proficient time management skills to allocate resources, prioritize, tasks, and optimize project schedules to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.3. Excellent communication (written and verbal): strong verbal and written communication to convey ideas, instructions, and updates clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and stakeholders.4.
