Project Coordinator

Working Remotely Set up**Role and Responsibilities**- Work closely with the Engineering and Creative team members to bring engaging user experiences to life and help create optimal customer experiences.- Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments involved in the project.- Facilitate communication and with white label customers.- Assist in global competitor analysis and user research.- Assist in writing business requirements documents/tickets.- Assist in product testing.**Requirements**:- Fluent in English and Chinese.- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.- Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies.- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience in iGaming or E-commerce industry is a big plus.**Qualifications and Education Requirements**- 2 Years of experience in product management / project management.- Computer Science/IT related majors is preferred but not necessary.**Preferred Skills**- Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices, master the design specifications of Web and APP.- Previous experience with CRM/CMS product development is a big plus.
