Project Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Support for internal project- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports- Assist and monitor report process and realization of the project- Ensuring the project schedule runs smoothly- Willing to handle additional duties for secretarial and administrative support to the Director**Qualifications**:- Min bachelor's degree from any disciplines- Min 2 years of work experience as project assistant- Excellent problem-solving & decision making- Able to deliver reports & presentations in a timely manner- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus- Able to multitask and work under pressure- Good in English, both verbal & written- Willing to work on-site in **South Jakarta**Ability to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- handle project: 1 year (preferred)- as assistant personal: 1 year (preferred)
