Project Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.- Guiding other teammates and helping them interpret design specifications- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met- Provide team performance reports periodically, to collaborate with the RND department for efficient work evaluation- Work quality assurance- Networking and consulting with various industry professionals**Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree from Architecture- Min 3 years proven experience as an Architect- Hands-on Sketch up, 3D Studio Max, AutoCad and basic hand sketching skills- Extensive knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction technique-related engineering principles and building code- Thorough understanding of all project phases & project closeout, stage of Preliminary & preparation- Excellent ability to produce high-quality construction drawings- Clear communication of ideas verbally and through sketches/visualization- Ability to multi-task and working towards multiple deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Ability to coordinate and lead all design disciplines- Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing- **Placement - Surabaya****Job Types**: Full-time, Trial period contractContract length: 6 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- Surabaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Architect: 3 years (required)
