**I. Job Description**Carry out tasks that related to documentation project preparation and coordinating with related departments.**II. Major Challenges**- Collecting and checking all project data from engineer and technician.- Preparing all project documentation and report it to Project Manager.- Reporting the results of the documentation to the customer and discussing if there is any necessary changes.- Coordinate preparation, implementation and settlement of the external and internal projects.- Anticipating the possibility of problems arising in project implementation.**III. Qualifications (if applicable)**1. Essential Minimum Holder of Diploma Degree from reputable universities.2. Desirable Holder of Bachelor Degree from reputable universities.**IV. Depth/Breadth of Experience Required to Perform the Job**1. Knowing the basic of administration process.2. Able to using Microsoft Office Software such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word.3. Able to be trained to be proficient in using digital image processing software.4. Knowing the basic of management project.5. Having a sense of responsibility towards work.6. Able to work neatly and thoroughly.7. Able to work effectively as part of a team and able to work under pressure.7. Knowing the basic of Health & Safety requirements.**Salary**: From Rp4,902,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Engineer: 2 years (preferred)Shift availability:- Day Shift (preferred)- Overnight Shift (preferred)- Night Shift (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
