Serve as a liaison between the infrastructure team, the event organizer, and the mentors.Ensure that programs preparation may be done efficiently.Creating excellent communication channels between Mentors, Event Organizers, and InfrastructureManage and ensure that everything required for the event is in good working order.Hold on-boarding and dress rehearsals for each talent event (mentor, Event Organiser, Assistant Mentor) before the event sessionCoordination with the development team regarding participation certificates.Minimum bachelor's degree in any majorHave experience in Event / Program OrganizationHave good communication skillsGood problem solving & adaptiveCritical and structured thinking skills
