Production Team Leader

We represent our client that one of Indonesia's largest PVC manufacturers, with production facilities spread across the archipelago.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise the use of machines and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production operations. Perform analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage the implementation of shopfloor activities, including Autonomous Maintenance, SGA/QCC, Kaizen, Safety & 5R/5S, to optimize production processes. Lead and manage the production team, providing guidance, support, and training to team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production team. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production-related issues. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Requirements: Maximum 32 years old. Preferred industry experience in FMCG or Automotive. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor position or 5 years in a Production Foreman/Group Leader position. Strong understanding of process control, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and Autonomous Maintenance. Experience in handling production process issues and troubleshooting.
