Production Supervisor

Job Descriptions:- To work with key contributors, to build a continuous improvement environment to support Site objectives- To lead and facilitate LEAN / process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions- To support the Production & WWTP teams to achieve greater efficiencies through the identification and elimination of losses and non-value-added activities and identification of better ways of working- To identify and analyse trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system in Production & WWTP operations- To act as a Management of Change (MOC) Owner in Production & WWTP areas- To actively monitor project risks in Production & WWTP to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance- To act as an internal trainer for Production & WWTP personnel- To conduct post project implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects- Together with Responsible Code (RC) Champions, to lead the daily-basis practices of RC Code 0, 3, 5, 6, and 10 and regulatory compliances in Production & WWTP areas.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, or other relevant engineering field- Min. 2 years of experiences in process and / or manufacturing (Fresh graduated students are welcome to apply)- Strong knowledge and aptitude of process and process equipment, LEAN methodology- Leadership and organizational skills- Capable of building collaborative working relationships- Demonstrated high level of problem-solving ability to make decisions independently- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvements- Able to handle multiple priorities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- High proficiency with MS Office products and having willingness to learn digital tools and data analytic
