Trial Class Manager

**ALGORITHMICS is an international Programming & Mathematics school for children from 5 to 17 years old, with over 300,000 students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.****To start working you need to speak the local language and have the ability to communicate in English.****What You Will Work On**:- You will be responsible for presenting trial programming lessons via Zoom to the parents and their children ( we provide all the materials);- These lessons last about 40 minutes to 1 hour, which also involves guiding a child (accompanied by a parent) through brief, fun, and practical programming exercises;- Present the benefits of teaching at our school to a potential client;- Work with doubts and objections in order to motivate the student to further study at school.**What will you need**:- Solid presentation skills - you must be an excellent communicator;- Friendly, patient, and professional comportment;- Experience in sales.**This will be your advantage**:- Experience in teaching, presenting, training, or coaching;- You know Python or Scratch.**We offer**:- Working in an ambitious international EdTech team - we are growing fast and constantly erasing territorial and language boundaries;- Socially oriented goals - we sincerely believe that we can make a difference to children globally with our product;- Convenient work schedule (from 2p.m., Jakarta time);- Remote work;- You can choose part-time or full-time job.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: Rp2,671,971 - Rp7,500,000 per month**Experience**:- B2C Sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
