Job Role Provide the finished goods by developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure a streamlined manufacturing process to fulfill demand from the sales department Ensuring adequate levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. Optimize inventory level and working capital while supporting targeted customer service levels Coordinate and responsible for the implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) in the PPIC department Coordinate and implement Material Requirement Planning (MRP) using ERP SystemGenerate production orders and purchase orders from MRP Manage the demand management project in collaboration with the sales and marketing division and demand planner Utilize the updated rolling forecast to anticipate stock availability Calculate annual budget for raw material & packaging material based on forecast estimation ?? Requirements Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering/ Pharmacy/ Management Min. 2 years experience as PPIC Manager Experienced in the production of planning and inventory control field dairy/ consumer goods/ pharmaceutical company Have a good understanding of the supply chain end-to-end process Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Exact, etc Have advanced skills in MS Excel Fluent in English Having a certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSC)) is an advantage Have good leadership, Interpersonal skills, Good problem-solving & decision making ??
