**Production Operator****JOB PURPOSE**- Provide person can operate formulation machine (formulator) and filling & packing machine and run function of QC in line. Highly concern and following principle of health, safety and environment.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- To operate and control machine of formulation, filling & packing as standard operating procedures (work instructions)- To ensure material, energy and supporting tools usage on effective and efficient way.- To check and record all parameter of production process and report it to area leader and shift supervisor.- To report production output, usage of process material, scrap material into digital platform shift connector- To check and record quality of product which is being processed and reported it to area leader and shift supervisor.- To report any obstacles and problem/ down time in production line to area leader and shift supervisor.- To run program activities such as of: 5S, HSE, ISO 9001,14001, 45001, onePSS and TPM (autonomous maintenance) as related procedures.- To report near misses' condition and improvement suggestion / idea through Improvement digital platform under focus improvement in onePSS- Capable to do problem shooting/ solving for daily routine process or breakdown issue.- Active in SGA programs and Lean programs.- To develop himself by actively follow training program provided by the company- Willing to work shift hours.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- Graduated from D3 University or 4 years vocational Senior High School major in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial**Relevant experiences**- Experience in manufacturing field at least 2 years.
