Exposure to the production industry and professionals..**Key Responsibilities****:- Responsible for supervising the production operation to achieve the important metric set.- Responsible for EHS of Production.- Providing technical expertise and support to manufacturing processes, safety and environmental aspects.- Responsible to provide direction, leadership and motivation in the management of manufacturing activities for smooth and highly efficient operation.- To improve productivity and operating efficiency in order to achieved targeted production and quality output.- Planning and monitoring of materials usage and generating raw materials requisition- Responsible for raw material inventory and ensure inventory accuracy & control are in place.- To co-ordinate and lead all aspects of the implementation of ISO 9001, and ensure the accurate document of records and the Quality Management system implemented are meeting the quality objectives.- Coordinate the Production equipment's upgrading and preventive maintenance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering- 7+ years of manufacturing experience or its equivalent.- Possesses strong technical background in manufacturing management environment.- Having EHS Management knowledge (e.g. Risk Management, EHS Inspection, Incident Investigation)- Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, processes and equipment's.- Having EHS Certifications related to Job Scope (e.g. Electrical, Accident investigation, etc.)- Positive demeanor, responsible, proactive and able to work independently- Good interpersonal, negotiation, planning and communication skills.- Fit to work**About us**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
