Production Head (Plastic/Injection Molding)

We are currently assisting our client from Plastic Manufacturing Industry who is looking for Production Head to be placed in Mojokerto with following requirements:- Bachelor Degree in Engineering- Have 5 Years experience as Production Supervisor- Have experience supervising production process and have implemented SOP, 5R, K3- Have experience in supervising production process in Plastic, Aluminum, Fiber, and Pipe- Have a strong communication and leadership- Willing to be placed in Mojokerto**Responsibilities**:- Supervise the implementation of the production process, starting from the initial raw materials to finished goods.- Supervise the use of raw materials, use of packing materials and other auxiliary materials by minimizing waste and process failures.- Maintain quality standards of products from production to packaging.- Making effective use of human resources by reducing absenteeism, increasing discipline and order.- Streamlining the operation of existing equipment and machines.- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, machinery and work environment.- Supervise the preparation of production reports, which include attendance reports, raw material usage, production results, and stoppage hours for each machine.- As a coordinator in implementing SOP, 5R, K3, and trouble shooting.714
