Job Roles and Responsibilities**Responsibilities**:- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demands. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination between production and supply chain functions.- Quality Control: Work closely with the Quality Head to ensure adherence to quality standards and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Resource Management: Optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to maximize production efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and reduce production costs.- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire the production team to achieve operational excellence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the production department.- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance overall production efficiency. Implement best practices in manufacturing processes to improve product quality and reduce lead times.- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.
