As a product researcher in GoTo Financial, you will play an instrumental role in building merchant products that inspire growth for its users: entrepreneurs and business operators. Your main objectives will be to plan and execute research projects and present them to stakeholders. Your manager will work with you to develop your skills and knowledge and to ensure the quality of the research. Product managers and designers will be your main companions during this ride. Best yet, you'll have the opportunity to flex your hybrid of quantitative and qualitative research skills, and drive impact on product decisions as a thinking partner for our stakeholders**What Will You Do**:- Plan and execute research projects related to product development including Concept Testing, Usability Testing, Market sizing, product evaluation, idea generation, etc., with medium-to-low supervision from manager- Translate brief and business problems to build research plan (including ensuring objectives, determining sample design, methodology, frameworks, timeline and what method to use) Execute research from data collection to analysis and build the report and present it to the stakeholders- Safeguard product development initiatives by monitoring user voices and sentiments and conduct periodical analyses- Build relationships with stakeholders and understand their research questions by attending/initiating meetings that are related with your product scopes- Together with your manager, identify potential research areas and topics based on the product & business team's objectives- Having fun with GoTo Financial Merchants research team and the wider research team**What Will You Need**:- Should at least 2 year experience as product research in agency or client side- Have a proven track record in designing and executing research in product development projects- Knowledgeable and have experiences with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and able to advise on selecting a methodology to use to answer different business questions- Can identify biases from different research techniques and advise to avoid them- Have experience in tech company is preferable- Self-driven, highly initiative and proactive- Self-assured in communicating and influencing different levels of stakeholders and respondents in English and Bahasa Indonesia- Comfortable to work in hybrid settings: remote & from the office**About the Team**Merchant Platform Research team,a part of the Gojek Research and Insights team, consisting of 5 researchers based in Indonesia.
