Responsible for product planning and product design of overseas credit core business (front end, middle and back end) and innovative businessPlan the project, control the progress of the project, coordinate the resources of all parties, and promote the implementation of the projectCross-department coordination and communication, promoting close cooperation among business, operation, and responsible for tracking the progress of product development, testing and launchResponsible for the research on the development trend of products in the industry, studied the development trend of the industry, competitors, and products, and promoted the implementation of corresponding productsTrack and study the daily data, regularly analyze the product launch effect, master the platform operation status, and constantly improve the productKeep up-to-date with the fintech industry trends to allow for a state of the art product and feature designBenchmarking of own product portfolio against competitive products and industry standardsIdentify and evaluate new product featuresExecute on the business strategy, product strategy and value propositions of the products and servicesBachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of product design experience, experience in the Internet finance industry is preferredHave complete product or multiple independent business module product design experience, able to independently carry out product design and promote the implementationExcellent product design ability, document writing ability and project management abilityStrong self-drive, sense of responsibility, execution, good coordination and communication skillsPassionate and can influence the team to work together effectively toward the same goalFamiliar with the Agile methodologyGood understanding of the technology and financial industryAble to clearly communicate business needs to the tech teamData-driven, highly analytical, and understand to balance between business requirements and technical needs
