Product Owner - Finance

**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into clear product goals and features.- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality features.- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in finance and accounting software.- Provide clear and detailed product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of features, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-up meetings.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in finance and accounting software to ensure the Neurovi Medical System remains competitive and innovative.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on finance and accounting software development.- Familiarity with software accounting systems such as Jurnal.id, Zahir, Odoo, MYOB, etc.- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles, processes, and software.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to drive data-informed decisions.- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.**Note**: This position requires full on-site work in Yogyakarta.**Salary**: Rp3,700,000 - Rp4,700,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Finance/Accounting: 1 year (preferred)- Product Management: 1 year (preferred)
