**Location**Jakarta**Work Type**Permanent**Application Posted**December 16, 2021**About the Role**You will be running cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives to support business goals across different products in Commerce Enablement, including SaaS and payment-related products. Your starting point is operations, but you will be working with all teams including Merchants Lifecycle, Strategy, Commercial and other GoTo Financial internal teams together to deliver results.**What You Will Do**- Owner of end to end operational process for payments and lending business of Commerce Enablement, and grow adoption of feature aggressively- Contribute ideas on promo and commercial initiatives that will help increase adoption among our merchants, and execute their implementation- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including GTM, Merchant Payments, Sales, Customer Success teams to deliver business objectives- Define key success metrics and Improve end to end registration to transaction process for Moka Pos e-wallet- Understand pain points in the end to end flow from merchant and internal teams perspectives, and create actions to resolve them**What You Will Need**- Bachelor's degree from a top university (second year, final year, or graduated)- 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment (consulting, investment banking and/or fast-paced startup would be preferred)- Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach- Good business acumen with solid experience/knowledge on business and operational processes- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits- Strong data analytical skills- Strategy background is a plus**About the Team**We consistently strive to implement solutions that allow our merchant-partners in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region) to sell their products both online and offline.
