?? Job Role Liaising with Campaign and Partnership Team to create strategies as well as project coordination towards loyalty and other retention programs. Liaising with Campaign and CG Strategy Team for in-app placement utilization and optimisation. Liaising with MD Team for optimization of marketing placements in Category Optimization. Tracking and doing regular monitoring of the in-app utilization performance to gather insights and point for iteration. ?? Requirements Solid data-driven analytical and problem-solving skills to continually provide valuable marketing and business insights. Communicate well in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to details Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment Having experience in a technology company, e-commerce, online marketing, or management consultant is preferred. ??
