Product Manager Lead

**What You Will Do**:- Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the company's business goals-- Lead a team of Product Managers, providing mentoring, guidance, and career development-- Collaborate closely with various teams - Engineering, Design, Marketing, Business, and Customer Support - to deliver products that resonate with our users and align with our market strategy-- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results, to all stakeholders - both internal and external-- Drive product discovery, research, and validation processes while working closely with UX/UI teams-- Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to phasing out of the product(s)-- Identify key metrics to track product performance and customer engagement-- Manage product backlog and prioritize features/ initiatives based on business and customer impact**What This Role Needs**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field-- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role-- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle-- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done-- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-- Experience with agile development methodologies-- Familiarity with product management software (such as JIRA, Figma, Confluence) and analytics tools (like Google Analytics)-- Experience in managing products in Digital Goods and Physical Goods is a plus**IMPORTANT**:
