Product Manager

Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of customer-centric productsIdentify market opportunities and establish a shared product vision and strategy for your product areaBuild alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Compliance, etc.) and Leadership/Executive teamCome up with a product road map and rally other people to join your cause to realize your product vision. You are expected to be able to prototype your vision to convince others if necessaryMaintain a highly prioritized product backlog based on business & customer impactMeasuring what matters and improving it. Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & healthMitigate risk around product developmentAt least 1 year experience in product managementBachelor's degree in product design or engineeringStrong experience in a dynamic product management roleProven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleHighly effective cross-functional team managementPrevious experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategiesExceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skillsStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle and experience in Agile methodologiesStrong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value to the user and the business, lead ideation sessions and workshopsAbility to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implicationsComfortable working with quick turnaround times and deadlines
