Product Manager At Diacon Technologies

Job description & requirements

Manage product delivery, working in partnership with Design and Engineering.

Proactively define and driving the product development and improvement based on roadmap

Validate new features with rapid prototyping and internal and external feedback sessions

Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes

Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitor's products.

Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management for multiple platforms

Experience in writing product specifications, user stories and technical requirements

Solid oral and written communications skills

Be able to think deeply about product design decisions and have an understanding of how to create simple user interfaces

Proven ability to collaborate with teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment

Have an understanding of the technical architecture of complex web/mobile applications is a plus.
