Siklusis reinventing the future of retail by selling everyday necessities without packaging at a lower cost. Our stationary dispensers are set up in local stores, whereas our mobile dispensers travel through low-income neighborhoods. Customers bring their own containers to purchase refills of consumer products such as oil, shampoo, detergent, and coffee at a discount. We use IoT technology to dispense safely and precisely, optimize our supply chain, and allow brands to interact with their customers. As such, we are the next, sustainable model of retail.
We ran two successful pilots validating customer demand; formed brand partnerships and pilots with Nestle, P&G, Wings, and Total Chemindo; and closed a pre-seed round with investment from the VC Teja Ventures and prominent angel investors from Gojek’s C-level. Furthermore, we won the Incubation Network's Plastics Data Challenge and made it to Cleantech's 50 to Watch list.
Role:We seek a product manager who can help manage the development process of our mobile app and general development of our overall product (to door delivery of consumer products). You will be working directly with our head of engineering and founders in a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Define the metrics of what a successful product looks like
Lead the ideation, research, design and development of the product
Deliver product requirement docs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Incorporate customer feedback and business goals into the product roadmap
Test the app and pilot overall product
Hold high responsibility and take ownership of the product
Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to build the product according to the specified requirements
Collaborate with other departments to align the product strategy with the business goals
Since we are an early-stage start-up you will also be required to work on other tasks that may arise.
Profile:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager
Experience in Scrum / Agile environment would be great but not essential
Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
High attention to detail
Bachelor degree from any field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical background with familiarity in mobile app development
Fluent in English and Bahasa
