**O**bjecti**v**es of t**h**e **P**osi**t**ion**- Provide Brand Strategy in alignment with Crop Strategy & Sales strategy to be implemented by sales people in the field.- Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and Field Technical Service Team to drive Brand(s) Penetration in the market**M**ain** Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities****Brand Plan & Strategy**- Analyze market to develop brand plan to deliver sales & market share growth in short and longer term: market segmentation, opportunity sizing, product positioning, long term forecasting.- Driving New Product Launch to drive farmers & retailers penetration: Guard railing NPL project management, ensuring On Time In Full launch execution, determining the right launch strategy (winning UVP, Price-Pack Architecture, GTM, Promotion Strategy), and monitoring the execution to deliver desired progress.**Driving the Business**- Deliver sales & share growth set for short and long term, as shared target across commercial functions.- Provide Protocols / technical guidelines based on R&D recommendation for product demo promotions with clear value to offer.- As "Consult" role, work with Marketing Communications, to plan campaign with the key messaging that highly relevant to the farmers, set measurable KPIs, ensure executions, and evaluate impact of each campaign.- As "Consult" role, work with Field Marketing to plan on the ground promo activities with streamlined crop strategy while keeping relevance in respective areas.- Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and R&D team to continuously address business challenges in the field.- Own annual Market Performance target: Manage net pricing, monitor COGS movement, manage A&P to ensure effective & efficient spending, track P&L movements.**Job Requirements**- Bachelor degree in Agriculture or related major- Min. 5 years of experience in Agricultural product area. (e.g. fungicide, insecticide, or herbicide segment both rice, field crop, or vegetables)- Preferably to have experience as product manager / in leading product launch execution before.- Field job experience is a plus point- Good understanding about Agricultural industry- Good analytical and critical thinking- Good Strategic thinking and planning- Sufficient knowledge about Product management- English fluency (Passive, at minimum)- Good communication & presentation skill- Good interpersonal skill
