We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Healthcare Management System Implementator. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our Healthcare Management System (SIM RS), ensuring smooth integration into existing hospital systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with the product owner, developers, and designers to understand the functionalities and specifications of our Healthcare Management System (SIM RS).- Implement and configure the SIM RS (new product features or enhancement) according to the specific timeline and requirements of our clients.- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure effective implementation and integration of the SIM RS into their workflow.- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and conduct training sessions for hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel, to facilitate the seamless adoption and usage of the SIM RS.- Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during or after the implementation process.**Requirements**:- Associate's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Informatics, or a related field.- Proven experience in healthcare management or health information systems implementation, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.- Strong understanding of hospital operations, medical records management, and health information technology.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel to client sites for onsite implementation, training, and support as needed.**Benefits**:- Competitive Salary- Comfortable Home-Office Arrangement- Well-Stocked Pantry- Daily Complimentary LunchesAbility to commute/relocate:- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Are you willing to work onsite?- If required, are you willing to travel to client sites?**Experience**:- SIM RS implementation: 1 year (preferred)**Location**:- Yogyakarta (preferred)
