Assists with budget development. Works closely with sales force to provide needed materials.The job responsibilities includes:- Coordinate with Distribution department for allocation of products.- Planning and Design promotional material/ tools to support the sales/ marketing objectives with cost effectiveness, supporting brand management strategies.- Responsible for new product launching in different areas.- Joint field work with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.- Monitor campaigns for sales promotion.- Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand.- Assist / develop Brand Strategic Plan and Brand Operational Plan.**Essential for the role**- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Biosciences, Medical, or Pharmacy.- Ability to manage medium sized projects.- Ability to collaborate and influence teams.- Very detail oriented, can manage documentation and approval process accurately and in accordance with relevant regulation/ compliance policy.- Good English, both in speaking/writing- Data management, relevant computer skills.- Analytical and Strategic Thinking- Strategic Business Knowledge & Insight- Project Management**Why join AstraZeneca?**At AstraZeneca we're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
