Product Engineer

Product Engineer is responsible for- Sales target assigned by company for Java area- Business growth development includes initiatives and implementation- Link to global resources, driving technical unit growth initiatives- Link with global business unit and technical unit leaders- Area product launches and reference management- Support development by giving feedback to manufacturing units- Support global R&D for products and services launches- Competitor follow up in the Area- Work together with Valmet mill sales manager and product manager to identify sales leads and to provide technical support and solution for customer- All other tasks assigned by line manager or company- Understands and strictly follows and perform according to Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and other company's management system, Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, practices and instructions and procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance- Have awareness of local relevant quality systemBasic requirements of the position- Diploma in pulp and paper making or Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering- Min. 5 years working experience in Pulp & Paper Industry.- Familiar with pulp & paper machine process and it's clothing products- Fast learneer and strong analytical- Self driven and strong integrity- Strong influencing and good presenting skill- Good Interpersonal communication and negotiation skill- Good English level and communication skills. Other languages is an advantageSpecific requirementsDirect experience in paper making process and paper machine clothingproducts is an advantage
