We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.**Job Descriptions**:- Researches, validates, and coordinates the development of new products, from conception to launch- Ensure the products meet cosmetic regulations- Monitor and maintain on-time project milestones, managing risks and understanding tradeoffs along the development process while delivering products with the highest standards for quality and performance- Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy & claim, artwork, and regulatory deliverables- Analyze competitive launches, understand consumer feedback and concerns, source unmet needs- Oversee quality and safety testing and ensure the formulas are ready for mass production**Requirements**:- Bachelor/Master degree in pharmacy / chemistry / cosmetic science- Min 2 years of experience in Product Development - Strong interest in beauty products- Stays current with the latest trends in beauty- Have knowledge or familiarity with BPOM regulation- Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning- Strong adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team- Fast learner, proactive, and superb verbal and written communication skillWe have a 'CREATE' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Eccentric, Agile, Tough, Effective).
