Product Designer Lead

Job Description:Oversee design development process from user research until delivering design to Product Manager and engineers Oversee design system maintenance Proactively building connections across the organization to amplify the value of design while pushing collaborative and inclusive design culture. Proactively initiate People Rituals, like 1 on 1, retrospective and so on, to make sure we address everyone’s problems while also listening for points of improvement. Provide clarity on what to achieve for each team member while assisting them to achieve it. Define the goals, strategy & roadmap to build the best-in-class user experience that aligned with organization goals. Requirement:5+ years experience in product development start from user research until UI/UX design specifications Excellent verbal and written communications in English Detail-Oriented and pixel-perfect person to deliver the best experience to the users Experience in building and maintenance design system Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills Good communication skills with a proactive mindset to solve problems and good English conversation, presentation and writing skills.Required skillsUI/UX Design Mobile UI Design User Interface (UI) User Interface (UI) Design People Management Project Management
