We are looking for a Product Associate to manage the product portfolio from ideation through analysis, development, roadmaps, positioning, up to launch. Reporting directly to our Senior Product Specialist, this role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
Translate High-Level strategy into the executable product roadmap and ensure the delivery through effective communication and prioritization
Maintains the competitiveness, and product-market-fit by defining key metrics to be achieved on each milestone of the road-map and responsible for the delivery of each matrix
Conduct market research, A/B Testing, and other In-take sessions with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, draw potential use cases, and validate the assumptions made for the proposed road-map
Gather all the use-cases collected from In-take sessions into more detail Product Requirements Document (PRD) to support further analysis by the Engineering team
Create work-breakdown structures of each use-case in Agile's User Story-format and negotiate directly with the Engineering team to maintain the feasibility of the road-map
Drive quality for high standards and maintain clear objectives to Engineering, Design, and QA team through leading by example
Supports requests for proposals and presentations and ensures all relevant materials exist to support the growth of the product
Use a combination of spreadsheets, presentation, flow-charts, or diagrams to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
Must have domain expertise in one or more of; Software Engineering, Product/UX Design, Banking, Payment System, or other Finance & Technology area of expertise
Must have experience in one or more Software Development Life-cycle (end-to-end)
Must have experience in creating product road-map, negotiable with Technical Team, and liaise with all stakeholders for product's priority, complexity, and feasibility.
Must have professional working proficiency in English
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
Customer-first person; must have empathy to think from Customer's point of view and understand their current problem
Creative problem-solver; able to think of few alternative solutions related to the problem and break down the details
Data-driven; Must have strong analytical thinking and able to set the product goals in a quantitative manner
Good to have a candidate with experience in an Agile Software Development environment
Good to have a candidate with A/B Testing experience
Good to have a candidate with Software Engineering or UX Design experience
Passionate about the potential of technology to revolutionize traditional Financial Industry, online/offline payment, card-based payment, electronic money, bio-metric, machine learning, or cryptocurrency)
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines
Able to work in fast-paced and agile environments, collaborating with various levels of personnel including managers, executives, and stakeholders.
Has experience working for FinTech company is a plus
