Product Analyst - Risk

**About the job**:- Research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion- Write product specs, evaluate pros and cons and conduct what-if scenario analysis- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact- Work closely with engineering, marketing and operations to scope and implement new features- Leadership ability to manage a team of analysts**About you**:- At least 2-3 years of experience as a data analyst or product manager or programmer in a startup environment- Solid technical background **(SQL is a must)** with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development- Extremely strong communication skills and comfortable to communicate in English- Strong intuition for user behavior- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills- Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
