Product Administration Staff

Performing Administration duties for app product department's member, such as absenteeism, reimbursements, minutes of meeting, travel expense cost and others.- Conducting filling and reporting sales documentation. Coordinate with other department to make sure the adminitration operation runs well.- Assisting product departement to provide administrative support such as Price list, invoice, purchase order and others.- Controling and updating stock opname data of Product& Marketing Department's asset inventory.**Job Qualification**:- Minimum Associate Degree from Business Administration- Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.- Competent collaborator and skilled cross-functional communicator.- Strong time manager with respect for deadlines.- Ability to identify errors and solve problems.- Decisive and critical thinker.**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
